This autumn I will be hosting 2 amazing retreats that combine Yoga and Meditation with Surfing, Climbing, and a plethora of outdoor activities  in beautiful beachside locations!  From a structured Surfcamp on the West Coast of France to an open and adventurous community-style retreat in Portugal where you can choose to surf, climb, hike, fish, swim or simply lounge between yoga sessions; all weeks will help you to bring the focus, calm and presence you have on the mat into everything you do.
